What is Live Management View?

With Live Management View, you have real-time insight into all recordings performed with the STA app, where you can easily view all recording points, progress and reports of your projects in one central place. In addition, you can download reports, export photos and view analyses to gain more insight into your construction processes.

What can you do in Live Management View?

Live Management View consists of three main components.

View recordings in real time

You can follow in real time which recording points are being logged outside on the construction site in the STA app.

For each measurement point, you can see, among other things:

  • who recorded the point;

  • where and when this happened;

  • what was recorded;

  • who is responsible for the repair;

  • whether the issue has already been resolved.

You can mark resolved recording points as completed directly from Live Management View.

Overview of ongoing projects

You get a complete overview of all ongoing projects within your environment.

Here you can see, among other things:

  • the phase a project is in;

  • how many surveys have been conducted;

  • how many open issues there are;

  • how many issues still need to be resolved before the deadline.

This way, you can see at a glance how a project is progressing.

Insights with charts and analyses

All inspection points are automatically compiled into clear graphs and tables.

This gives you insight into, for example:

  • the most common defects;

  • where problems often arise;

  • which parties are involved;

  • trends within projects or construction processes.

These insights help improve processes and reduce errors in the future.

Who has access to Live Management View?

Live Management View is available to users with access to the STA Portal and the appropriate permissions within a project.
