How do I change a recording point through Live Management View?
If you want to modify a record point via the STA Portal, you can easily do so via Live Management View, where you can change the deadline, action holder, description and status of a record point, among other things.

What permissions do I need?
To change recording points, you need the "Change recording points" permission.
This permission is enabled by default for users with the Administrator role. Don’t have this permission? Ask an administrator within your organization to add it.
Where can you change recording points?
In the STA Portal, go to Live Management View.
You can change acceptance points within:
Handover & Inspections
Quality Assurance
Safety Inspections
Warranties / Aftercare
Change a survey point
Open Live Management View.
Find the recording point you want to edit.
Click the blue pencil icon next to the recording point.
Edit the desired information.
Click Save.
The edit screen works the same as in the STA app.
What information can you edit?
Depending on the type of recording point, you can change the following, among other things:
Deadline
Adjust the date by which the recording point must be resolved.
General point
Make the issue a general issue that is not linked to a room.
Room
Change the room in which the recording point is located.
Description
Edit the description of the survey point.
For quality and safety inspections, this changes the question.
Comment
Add a comment or edit an existing comment.
Answer
Not available for quality and safety inspections.
Change a selected answer or edit a text, amount, or number you’ve entered.
Action Owner
Change who is responsible for resolving the issue.
Photos and repair photos
Add photos or delete existing photos.
Drawings
Edit a mark on a drawing or add a new mark.
Files
Add files to the recording point.
Files are only visible in Live Management View.
Edit multiple recording points at once
You can edit multiple recording points at once.
Select the desired recording points.
Click Change Selection at the top.
Choose which data you want to edit.
You can change the following at the same time:
Deadline
Status
Action owner
Important to know
Completed entries can no longer be changed
Entries that have been finalized with a second signature are final and cannot be modified.
Synchronizing changes to the app
Changes you make in the Portal aren’t immediately visible in the app.
Synchronize the app by:
clicking the cloud icon above the projects;
or restarting the app.
Action owners do not automatically receive an update
Changes you make via Live Management View are initially only visible internally.
