What are security notifications?

Safety reports allow construction site employees to easily report a (potentially) unsafe situation. This can be done either by name or completely anonymously via the safety report board.

All reports are automatically recorded in the STA Portal. This allows you to take quick action, follow up on reports, and improve safety on the construction site.

What does this feature do?

With safety reports, you can:

• report unsafe situations immediately;

• allow reports to be submitted anonymously;

• manage reports centrally in the STA Portal;

• assign reports to responsible individuals;

• monitor the progress of reports.

This makes it easier to identify and resolve safety risks early on.

Where can I find the reports?

All submitted safety reports are visible in the STA Portal via the 'Safety Reports'menu.

From this overview, you can:

• view reports;

• forward reports to the appropriate person in charge;

• change the status;

• take the report under review and resolve it.

Who has access to this feature?

Users with access to the 'Security Reports' menu can view and manage reports. Don’t have access to this menu? Please contact an administrator within your organization.
