The STA - Digitize Processes app is available in the iOS App Store for iPhone and iPad and the Google Play Store for Android.
Logging in
When you log in for the first time on a new device such as a smartphone or tablet, you must register the device once. You can do this by logging in to the app. The login screen will appear as soon as you open the app.
To log in, you need an active STA account. Enter your company code, email address, and password. Then click "Log in."
Registering a device
If you have not yet registered the device, the app will ask you to register it. Select "Register" and contact an administrator within your company to approve the device.
Incorrect login details, try again
Does the app indicate that your login details are incorrect? In most cases, this is due to the password. Check that you are entering the correct company code and email address. If so, click on 'Forgot your password?' to set a new password. You will receive an email with instructions.
