The STA - Digitize Processes app is available in the iOS App Store for iPhone and iPad and the Google Play Store for Android.

Logging in to the app

Open the app to view the login screen.

Log in with:

  • your company code;

  • your email address;

  • your password.

Then click Log In.

To use the app, you need an active STA account.

Register a new device

Are you logging in for the first time on a new device? Then this device must be registered once.

After logging in, the app will ask you to register the device.

  1. Click Register.

  2. Ask an administrator within your company to approve the device.

Once the device is approved, you can use the app.

Are you getting an error message when logging in?

First, check whether you:

  • using the correct company code;

  • entered the correct email address;

  • haven’t made a typo in your password.

Still unable to log in? Then click on "Forgot your password?".

You will then receive an email to set a new password.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to register my device every time?

No. You only need to register the first time you use a new device.

I didn’t receive an email to reset my password

Please also check your spam or junk email folder.

Who can approve my device?

An administrator within your company can register and approve the device.
