View recording points

Once the client has sent a report and you have received it in your mailbox, you can use the Gereedmelden app. To do so, simply press the blue button in the email with the text "Open Gereedmelden." The app will then automatically open in your web browser and retrieve the recording points intended for you. The web version gives you a complete overview of all the recording points noted for your company.

Filtering recording points

You can use the filters at the top of the list of recording points. The filters allow you to easily filter the recording points in the list. For example, if you only want to see the recording points for a construction number (filter: Construction numbers) or if you only want to see the recording points intended for you (My points).

You can also easily search using the search bar.

New: Current recording filter

Once you have opened the Gereedmelden app from the email, you can click on the 'Current recording' filter. This filter allows you to see only the recording points from the report that was sent with the email.

Processing recording points

Signing off recording points is very easy. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Press the check mark to indicate that you have processed a point. This is visible to the executor.

2. If necessary, press the orange "play" button beforehand to indicate that you have taken the point into consideration.

3. If you want to take a repair photo or leave a comment, click on the line of the point. The detail screen will open and from there you can also see the markings on the drawing. Click on 'Save' to add the photo and/or comment.
