What can I do with Live Management View: Safety Inspections?
With Live Management View: Safety Inspections, you gain real-time visibility into all safety inspections within your projects. You can view total overviews, open inspections, manage record points and make comprehensive analyses of safety reports. Complete Overview
The overview provides a quick overview of all safety inspections by project and construction number.
Select one or more projects and click "Search" to load the overview.
The columns are organized by safety inspection library, and each row shows a construction number within the project.

The columns are organized by Safety Inspections library, and each row represents a construction number within the project. As an example, we’ll use the library ‘Safety and Workplace Inspection (short version)’.

Here’s what the columns mean
Total number of questions answered
The total number of answers provided within the safety inspection.
1st signature
The date on which the first signature was placed.
Not checked off / still pending
The number of inspection points that are still open or have not yet been fully resolved.
Answers
Here you can see which answers were provided during the inspection. The number below the answer shows how often this answer appears.
Click on an answer to view all related answers for a construction number.
Inspections
Under the ‘Inspections’ tab, you’ll find an overview of all safety inspections that have been initiated within a project.
Select one or more projects and click ‘Search’.
Click on an inspection to open all inspection points for that inspection.
Tip: Users with the ‘Administrator’ role can delete inspections or individual inspection points from this overview.

What the columns mean
Inspection
The letter ‘S’ stands for safety inspection. The number following it is the report number.
For example: S1, S2, S3.
Report Title
The title of the report as entered when starting the inspection in the STA app.
Library
The selected checklist or control list.
Building Numbers
The linked building numbers within the inspection.
Number of inspection points
The total number of recorded inspection points.
Started on
The date the inspection was started.
Started by
The user who created the inspection.
1st signature
The date on which the first signature was added.
2nd signature
The date the second signature was added.
Not checked off / still pending
The number of outstanding inspection points.
Responses
Shows which responses were given and how often they occur.
Calendar days until 2nd signature
Indicates how many calendar days there are between the first and second signatures.
If the set deadline is exceeded, a yellow warning appears.

Download the full inspection report.
Inspection points
Under the ‘Inspection points’ tab, you’ll see a flat list of all safety inspection points added via the STA app.
From this overview, you can, among other things:
edit inspection points;
export to Excel;
create PDF reports;
export photos;
view statistics and graphs;
Filter recording points
Use the filters at the top of the page to quickly find specific recording points.
Useful examples:
View recording points for a specific action holder via “Action Holder.”
Show only open items via “Completed and Uncompleted Items.”
Filter by a specific library rule via ‘Library’.
You can use multiple filters at the same time.
Click ‘Clear Filters’ to start over.
Results: List view
The list view displays all check-in points one below the other.

Here’s what the columns mean
Photo
: View photos added to the recording point.
Blue dot = number of photos
Yellow dot = recovery photo added
No photos added? Then you’ll see “No image.”
Project
The project number of the project.
Construction number
The associated construction number.
Code
The unique code of the survey point.
For example:
S2-1 = first inspection point of safety report S2.
Description
The question that was answered, including comments, status, and reporter.
Room
The room in which the inspection point was identified.
Action
The person responsible for the repair.
Green checkmark = reported as resolved
Yellow checkmark = in progress
Date
The date the issue was added.
Deadline
The date by which the issue must be resolved.
If the deadline is exceeded, this is clearly marked.
File
Files attached to the entry point.
Response
The response provided, including any urgency.
Grade
The grade assigned for a negative response.
Checkmarks
Shows how many checkpoints have been completed.
Three green checkmarks mean that the item has been fully processed.
Calendar days until fully checked off
Indicates how many days were needed to fully process the recording point.
Export photos
Do you want to export all photos?
Click on ‘Export photos’.
Do you want to export only specific photos? Then first select the desired rows.
Export to Excel
Click on ‘Export to Excel’ to export waypoints without photos to Excel.
You can choose between:
all recording points;
or just a selection.
Create PDF report
Click ‘Create PDF Report’ to combine inspection points into a single report.
This is useful, for example, to share all open items for an action holder in a single overview.
Results: Drawing
Select ‘Drawing’ to view survey points directly on the construction drawing.
All marked survey points are immediately visible on the drawing.
You can:
open measurement points;
select markers;
check off survey points;
view the recovery status.
Has a recording point been restored? If so, the first checkmark is displayed in bold.
Results: Graph
Select ‘Graph’ to view analyses and trends for all safety checkpoints.
Here you’ll find various graphs and tables that let you analyze, for example:
which answers occur most frequently;
which safety issues recur frequently;
which action owners have the most open items;
how quickly issues are resolved on average.
This gives you greater insight into safety within your projects and allows you to improve processes.
