How do I delete the 1st or 2nd signature report?

Explanation of how to remove a character moment when completing a report.

Did you accidentally finalize a record with a signature, or do you want to make changes before the report becomes final? As an administrator, you can delete the first or second signature report.

This will undo the signature in question. The assessment and assessment items will remain.

When should you use this?

You can use this feature, for example, if:

  • a second signature was accidentally added;

  • you want to adjust data after signing;

  • information is missing from the first signature report.

Note: Deleting a signature report cannot be undone.

Delete Signature Report

This feature is only available to contacts with the Administrator role.

  1. Open Live Management View.

  2. Select one of the following modules:

    • Delivery and Inspections

    • Quality Assurance

    • Safety Inspections

    • Warranty/After-Sales Service

  3. Go to the Recordings tab.

  4. Find the correct record using the filters.

  5. Click the blue pencil icon next to the recording.

  6. Check that you have opened the correct record.

  7. Click on "1st-hand report" or "2nd-hand report" in the top right corner.

  8. Confirm that you want to delete the report.

After deletion, the selected drawing moment will be undone, and you can edit the recording again.

Good to know

  • Only the selected signature moment will be deleted.

  • The recording points and entered data will be retained.

  • This action can only be performed from the STA Portal.
