Viewing and exporting meter readings

Using the Meter Readings menu, you can easily view all the meter readings recorded for a project, as well as export this data to Excel or PDF to share with colleagues, clients or residents.

View Meter Readings

  1. Go to the Meter Readings menu in the STA Portal.

  2. Click Select a project.

  3. Select the project for which you want to view the meter readings.

  4. You will immediately see an overview of all meter readings by building number within the selected project.

Export meter readings

Do you want to use or share the meter readings outside of STA Software?

Export to Excel

  1. Open the desired project in the Meter Readings menu.

  2. Click on Export project meter readings to Excel.

  3. The Excel file is automatically generated and downloaded.

Export to PDF

  1. Open the desired project in the Meter Readings menu.

  2. Click on Export to PDF.

  3. The PDF file is automatically generated and downloaded.

What can you do with this feature?

With the meter reading overview, you can:

  • View all meter readings for a project in one place.

  • Check meter readings by construction number.

  • Export data to Excel for further processing.

  • Create a PDF overview to share or archive.

Who can use this feature?

This feature is available to users who have access to the Meter Readings menu within the STA Portal.

Via the 'Meter Readings' menu, you can generate an overview of the meter readings for all (construction) numbers per project. You can export this to PDF or Excel to forward.
