What can I do at Live Management View: Quality Assurance?

With Live Management View: Quality Assurance you gain insight into all quality recordings performed within your projects. View answers from quality checks, open recording points, statistics and reports in one central place. Within Quality Assurance you work with three sections: - Overall view - Recordings - Recording points

Summary

The overview shows, for each construction number, which responses have been provided within a quality library (checklist).

Select one or more projects and click ‘Search’. If necessary, use the ‘Library’ filter to display only a specific checklist.

The columns are organized by quality library, and each row represents a construction number within the project.

Meaning of the columns

Total number of questions answered

Shows how many responses were provided within the construction number.

1st signature

The date on which the first signature was added.

Not checked off / still pending

The number of inspection points that are still open.

Responses

Here you can see which answers were given and how often they occur.

Click on a row to view all answers for the construction number.

Inspections

Under the ‘Inspections’ tab, you can see all quality inspections that have been started within a project.

Select one or more projects and click ‘Search’. Then click on an inspection to view all inspection points for that inspection.

Tip: Users with the ‘Administrator’ role can delete surveys and individual survey points from this overview.

Meaning of the columns

Recording

The letter Q stands for quality recording. The number following it is the report number.

Examples:

  • Q1 = first quality recording

  • Q2 = second quality inspection

Report title

The name of the report as entered when starting the inspection in the STA app.

Library

The checklist used during the inspection.

Construction numbers

The selected construction numbers from the survey.

Number of recording points

The total number of responses and survey points within the survey.

Started on

The date the recording started.

Started by

The user who created the recording.

1st signature

The date on which the first signature was added.

2nd signature

The date on which the second signature was added.

Not checked off / still pending

The number of outstanding items.

Responses

Shows which answers were given and how often they occur.

Calendar days until second signature

Shows how many days there are between the first and second signatures.

You can set the maximum timeframe via ‘Settings’. If the deadline is exceeded, a yellow warning appears.

Download

Download the quality report as a PDF.

Inspection points

The ‘Inspection Points’ tab shows an overview of all quality inspection points added via the STA app.

Using this overview, you can, among other things:

  • edit recording points;

  • export photos;

  • create Excel exports;

  • generate PDF reports;

  • view graphs and statistics;

Filter recording points

Use the filters at the top of the page to search for specific recording points.

Useful examples:

  • View recording points for a specific action holder via “Action”

  • View only open items via ‘Closed and Open Items’

  • Filter by a specific library rule via ‘Library’

You can combine multiple filters.

Click ‘Clear Filters’ to start over.

Results: List

In the list view, you’ll see all check-in points listed one below the other.

Meaning of the columns

Photo

View the photos of the recording point here.

  • Blue dot = number of photos added

  • Yellow dot = recovery photo added

No photos added? Then you’ll see “No image.”

Project

The project number of the project.

Construction number

The associated construction number.

Code

The unique code of the measurement point.

Example:

  • Q2-1 = first measurement point from quality report Q2

Description

Shows:

  • the question;

  • any comments;

  • the status;

  • the user who added the recording point.

Location

The room in which the recording point was detected.

Action

The person responsible for resolving the issue.

Statuses:

  • Green checkmark = reported as complete

  • Yellow checkmark = in progress

Date

The date the recording point was added.

Deadline

The date by which the item must be completed.

If the deadline is exceeded, this will be marked.

File

Shows files that have been added to the recording point.

Response

The response provided, including any urgency.

Checkmarks

Shows how far the ticket has been processed.

Three green checkmarks mean fully completed.

Calendar days until fully completed

Shows how many days were needed to fully resolve the incident.

Export photos

Click on ‘Export photos’ to download all photos from the overview.

Do you want to export only a selection? Then first select the desired recording points.

Export to Excel

Click on ‘Export to Excel’ to export all survey points without photos to Excel.

Here, too, you can make a selection first.

Create PDF report

Click on ‘Create PDF report’ to combine inspection points into a single report.

This is useful, for example, for sharing all open items for an action holder.

Results: Drawing

Select ‘Drawing’ at the top to view inspection points directly on the construction drawing.

Here you can:

  • open inspection points via the markings;

  • see which points have been fixed;

  • check off survey points directly.

A thick first checkmark means the point has been marked as complete.

Results: Graph

Select ‘Graph’ at the top to view trends and statistics.

Here you can see, among other things:

  • most common answers;

  • number of checkpoints;

  • trends within projects;

  • performance of action owners.

These insights help improve quality processes within your company.
