What is an administrator?
An administrator is a contact within the STA environment with the role "Administrator." Administrators have additional rights over standard users and can manage settings and users within the environment.

What can an administrator do?
Among other things, an administrator can:
approve device registrations;
invite contacts to create an account;
manage user permissions and notifications;
delete recording points;
delete full recordings.
Set up administrative rights
The “Administrator” role is assigned to the contact within the STA Portal.
Users with this role automatically gain access to additional administrative functions.

This feature is available to users with the role:
Administrator
Standard users do not have access to these administrative functions.
