What can I do at Live Management View: Summary?

In Live Management View, under the Summary section you will find various statistics and overviews of all executed and active recordings within your projects, giving you quick insight into the progress of projects, recording points and action holders. Select one or more projects and click on 'Search' to load the summary.

What can you find in the summary?

The summary provides insight into:

  • the progress of signatures;

  • project activity per week;

  • completed recordings per quarter and year;

  • performance of action owners;

  • the most common recording points.

Filter summary

At the top of the overview, you’ll find various filter options to display specific data.

You can filter by:

  • type of transaction;

  • one or more companies;

  • construction number type;

  • project labels;

  • a specific period.

Then click ‘Search’ to apply the filters.

Signatures

In this overview, you can see how many first and second signatures have been placed for each project.

Click on a project to view the signatures per underlying construction number.

You can exclude construction numbers from the calculation by unchecking the blue checkbox next to a (construction) number. The signatures for these numbers will then not be included in the total.Project activity per week

This overview shows you which projects have recorded inspection points per week of the year. Select the desired year or click on 'all' to view all years at once.

Here you can see, for each week of the year, which projects have inspection points identified.

Select a specific year or choose 'All' to view multiple years at once.

Recordings per year and quarter

This overview shows how many inspections were completed per quarter and per year.

All entries visible here have been finalized with a second signature.Entry points per action holder

Recording points per account holder

Select at least one company to view these statistics.

You will then see per shareholder:

  • how many withdrawal points have been allocated;

  • how many points have been processed;

  • how long it takes on average for points to be checked off.

This gives you insight into the progress and performance of contractors and other action holders.

Most common inspection points

This pie chart shows which inspection points occur most frequently within the selected filter.

Click on ‘Code/Description’ to view the underlying groups and descriptions.
