How do I change my own notifications?
Are you receiving notifications you don't want to receive? Or are you just missing out on important notifications? In this article you will learn how to adjust your notifications for your own account.

What are notifications?
Notifications automatically keep you informed of changes within your STA environment.
You can receive notifications from:
the STA App;
the STA Portal;
STA Completion Reports;
and via email.
If you click on a notification, you’ll be taken directly to the right place within STA.

How do you change your notifications?
Via the STA Portal
Open the STA Portal.
Click on your profile name in the top right corner.
Open My Settings or Notifications.
Turn the desired notifications on or off.
Save the changes.

What notifications can you receive?
Depending on your permissions and the modules you use, you can receive notifications for:
new recording points;
chat messages;
changed deadlines;
completion notifications;
signatures;
comments or changes within a survey.

Want to receive fewer notifications?
Enable only the notifications that are important for your work. This way, you can stay on top of things and won’t miss any important updates.Who can use this feature?
