What can you view?

Under "Delivery and Inspections," you will find three sections:

  • Overview

  • Surveys

  • Inspection Points

Overview

In the Overview, you can see the status of the surveys for each project and construction number.

  1. Open Live Management View.

  2. Go to Handover and Inspections.

  3. Select one or more projects.

  4. Click Search.

The columns are organized by inspection type, and each row represents a construction number within the project. As an example, let’s take the inspection type ‘C – Handover’.

The columns are organized by inspection type. For each construction number, you can see, among other things:

  • whether an inspection has started;

  • when the first and second signatures were added;

  • how many inspection points have been noted;

  • how many inspection points are still open;

  • whether the guarantor has received the report;

  • how many calendar days elapsed between the first and second signatures;

  • the status of any key declarations.

Status of the inspection

Under Start, you’ll see colored circles:

  • Both circles gray: the recording has not yet started.

  • Top circle blue: the recording has started.

  • Top circle is green: the first signature has been added.

  • Both circles are green: the second signature has been added.

Recordings

Under the Recordings tab, you can see all completions and open recordings that have been started within a project.

  1. Select one or more projects.

  2. Click Search.

  3. Click on a recording to view the associated recording points. Tip: From this overview, users with the 'Administrator' role can delete recordings or individual recording points.

In this overview, you can see, among other things:

  • the recording number;

  • the report title;

  • the library used;

  • the linked building numbers;

  • the number of survey points;

  • the start date;

  • who initiated the survey;

  • the date of the first and second signatures;

  • the number of items that have not yet been resolved;

  • the number of calendar days until the second signature;

  • the button to download the latest report.

Tip: Users with the Administrator role can delete inspections or individual inspection items from this overview.

View results on drawing

Select Drawing to view survey points on the construction drawing.

You can:

  • select a survey point in the left column;

  • click on a marker on the drawing;

  • immediately see which survey point corresponds to the marker;

  • uncheck reference points directly from the drawing.

When a survey point has been restored, the first checkmark next to the marker appears in bold. Has the point been restored to your satisfaction? Then you can uncheck the survey point using the gray checkmarks in the left column.

View results as a graph

Select Graph to discover trends in your recording points.

Here you’ll find graphs and tables that let you see, for example:

  • which recording points occur most frequently;

  • where many points occur;

  • which action holders have many points;

  • how quickly issues are resolved.

This gives you greater insight into your projects and allows you to improve processes.
