This month, we're introducing a new feature that helps you navigate STA even faster: Quick Search! In addition, we've made several improvements related to permissions, projects, and overall usability within the Portal.

New: Quick Search in STA ⚡🔎

Navigate through your STA environment even faster.

With the new Quick Search feature, you can instantly search your STA environment. Easily find projects, plot numbers, contacts, or pages and jump directly to the right location.

Perfect when you need information quickly or work in environments with a large number of projects and contacts.

Search faster. Click less. Work more efficiently.

Administrators Now Always Have Full Access

To prevent confusion around permissions, administrators now always have access to all areas within the environment.

This means administrators will always have access to:

• Pages

• Projects

• Inspections

• Inspection Items

• And all other components within the environment

This ensures administrators can always provide support when users have questions or run into access restrictions. Be mindful of who you assign the administrator role to!

Automatic Creation of a General Plot Number

When creating a new project through the Portal or via an integration, you can now automatically generate a general plot number.

This means the project structure is ready immediately, eliminating the need to add it manually.

Automatically Added to Your Own Project

Do you use the "Own Projects" project permission?

When you create a new project yourself, you will now automatically be added to the project team. This means you no longer have to manually add yourself before gaining access to the project.

A small improvement that saves a few extra clicks.

Filter by Joint Ventures and Branch Offices

Within the project overview, you can now filter by:

• Joint Ventures

• Branch Offices

This makes it easier to find the right projects and maintain an overview when working across multiple branches or partnerships.

Inspections Step Expanded by Default in Projects

When creating or editing a project, Step 11 (Inspections) is now expanded by default.

This allows you to immediately see the available settings without having to expand the section manually.

LMV Export Functionality Translated into All Languages 🌍

The export functionality for inspection items within the Live Management View is now fully translated into all supported languages.

This ensures exports better align with international users and multilingual environments.
