Action holder manual notification when deadline has passed
If the deadline for a recording point has passed, you can manually send a notification to the action holder, both via the STA Portal and the STA App.

Tip: Turn on the "Deadline Reached" notification. The action owner will then automatically receive a notification as soon as the deadline has passed.
Via the STA Portal
Open the recording point in the Live Management View.
Select one or more items for which you want to notify the action owner.
You can notify action holders at any time. This doesn’t have to be done only after the deadline has passed.
Scroll to the top of the table.
Click on ‘Notify Action Holders’.

Via the STA App
Open the STA App and go to the desired recording point.
Click the three dots in the top right corner.
Select ‘Selection mode’.
Select the points for which you want to notify the action holder.
Click on ‘Notify Action Holder’.
