Getting Started with "Ready"

With "Mark as Complete," you can easily process inspection items through the web app. You don't need to install anything: just open the link in the email, and you'll immediately see which items are ready for your company. In this article, you'll learn how to view, filter, and process inspection items.

Are you new to Gereedmelden? No problem—the web app is very easy to use. Watch the video below for a tour of the Gereedmelden app, or read the description below it.

What does Gereedmelden do?

With the Gereedmelden app, subcontractors or other parties involved can view an overview of the inspection points created for them.

You can use it to:

  • view inspection points;

  • filter points by, for example, construction number or inspection;

  • indicate that a point is being processed;

  • mark an inspection point as complete;

  • add a repair photo or comment.

Open the "Mark as Complete" feature

As soon as the client has sent a report, you’ll receive an email with a button linking to the “Mark as Complete” app.

  1. Open the email you received.

  2. Click the blue “Open Mark as Complete” button.

  3. The "Report Completion" app will open automatically in your web browser.

  4. You’ll now see the checkpoints that have been created for your company.

So you simply work through your web browser. You don’t need to download a separate app for this.

Viewing Recording Points

After opening “Gereedmelden,” you’ll see an overview of all the recording points linked to your company.

In this overview, you can see, among other things:

  • which inspection point it is;

  • which construction number the point belongs to;

  • the status of the point;

  • which points are still open;

  • which points have already been resolved.

This gives you a quick overview of the work that still needs to be done.

Filtering Inspection Points

You can use filters at the top of the list. This helps you find the right inspection points more quickly.

For example, you can filter by:

  • Construction
    numbers: This shows only the inspection points for a specific construction number.

  • My Points
    : This shows only the inspection points intended for you or your company.

  • Current Survey
    : This shows only the survey points from the report that was sent via email.

You can also use the search bar to quickly find a survey point.

Using the “Current Survey” filter

Did you open your "Report Completed" notification via the button in the email? If so, you can use the "Current Survey" filter.

This filter shows only the inspection points from the report associated with that email. This is useful when you have multiple reports or projects and want to view only the points from one specific inspection.

Processing Survey Points

You can process inspection points directly from the list.

  1. Find the inspection point you want to process.

  2. If necessary, click the orange play button to indicate that you’ve started working on the item.

  3. Click the checkmark once you’ve marked the item as complete.

  4. The person responsible can now see that the item has been marked as complete.

Add a photo or comment

Would you like to add a repair photo or provide an explanation? If so, open the inspection point.

  1. Click on the row for the incident record.

  2. The details screen will open.

  3. Add a photo if desired.

  4. Add a comment if desired.

  5. If necessary, view the marking on the drawing.

  6. Click Save.

The photo and/or comment will then be linked to the recording point.

Open the "Ready" report using a QR code

Is there a QR code on the cover page of your partial report? Scan it with your phone to open the corresponding “Report Completion” environment. Look at the company name at the top of the page to verify which action holder the environment is intended for.

My Items and Projects

After opening from a report or notification email, the filter for your own items is enabled by default. Check this filter if you’re searching for other items within the same company. “Ready to Report” can display open items from multiple projects; use “Projects” to narrow your selection. Items with pending notifications appear at the top. From a notification email, you can also open the relevant inspection item directly.

Create a Report Yourself

  1. Open Options.

  2. Select Create Report.

  3. Select the desired inspection points.

  4. Create the report to print or share it.

A "Ready" notification applies to the specific task holder and is not automatically processed as a "Ready" notification for all task holders at the same company. When you select a mark on a drawing, you can also view the full comment.
