Who can start a chat at a drop-off point?

The terms and conditions that apply depend on the environment you are using.

Via the STA Portal

You can start a chat via the STA Portal if:

• you have access to Live Management View;

• you have access to the project containing the recording point;

• you have permissions to edit recording points.

Via the STA App

You can start a chat from the STA App if:

• you have an account that allows you to use the STA App;

• you have access to the project containing the check-in point.

Via STA Completion Report

You can start a chat from STA Ready Report if:

• you or your company is the action holder for the recording point;

• you have access to the action holder’s Ready to Report environment.
