Download the app

Download STA Software from the App Store on your iPhone or iPad, or from Google Play on your Android device.

Sign in

1. Open the STA app.

2. Enter your company code, email address, and password.

3. Click Log In.

4. Do you use two-step verification? If so, also enter the current code from your authentication app.

Getting an App License

You need an active STA account and an app license. An administrator can assign the license in advance via Subscription → App Licenses → Assign App Licenses.

Don’t have a license yet? When you see the “App Access” notification, select “Request App License.” The administrator will receive an email and can approve your request in the Portal. Then log in again.

The license is tied to you as the user. You can log in on an unlimited number of devices using the same account. Device registration is no longer required.

Having trouble logging in?

• Check the company code and your email address.

• Check your password or select “Forgot your password?”

• Didn’t receive a reset email? Check your spam folder as well.

• Do you see the “App Access” message? Ask your administrator to check your app license.
