Manually notify the action owner when a deadline has passed

Has the deadline for a recording point passed? If so, you can manually send a notification to the action owner. You can do this through either the STA Portal or the STA App.

Tip: Turn on the “Deadline Reached” notification. The person responsible for the action will then automatically receive a notification as soon as the deadline has passed.

Via the STA Portal

  1. Open the recording point in the Live Management View.

  2. Select one or more points for which you want to notify the action owner.

You can notify action owners at any time—not just after the deadline has passed.

  3. Scroll to the top of the table.

  4. Click “Notify Action Holders.”
