What is the KAM/VGM Planner?

Every Monday, employees automatically receive an email with their scheduled tasks for the coming week. Tasks linked to a library (such as a checklist or inspection list) are automatically marked as complete once the corresponding entry is finished. You can also start these tasks directly from the schedule overview in the STA App.

What does the QHSE Planner do?

With the QHSE Planner, you maintain an overview of all scheduled quality, safety, and environmental tasks within your organization.

• Start tasks directly from the STA App.

• Have tasks automatically marked as complete after finishing a linked inspection.

• Keep track of completed and pending tasks.

How does it work?

1. Create a new task in the HSE Planner.

2. Link the task to one or more employees.

3. Optionally, select a library (checklist or inspection list).

4. Schedule the task for the desired date or frequency.

5. The assigned employees receive an overview of their tasks for that week every Monday.

6. Complete the task via the STA App or Portal.

7. Is the task linked to a library? If so, it will be automatically marked as complete once the entry is finished.

Who can use this feature?

The KAM/VGM Planner is available to organizations that use the KAM/VGM Planner module within STA Software.
